The customer support staff consists of former traders and veteran technology personnel that are accustomed to the demands of the the trading industry. In addition, there are dedicated teams responsible for supporting infrastructure 24 hours a day.
FT support personnel will address any issue that arises whether related to simple customization questions or complex problems such as issues with FIX drop copies from your execution agent.
The support staff will also provide training for the FT platform.
